Easter Bunny.

Yeah.....the bunny definitely made it to our house.

Long live the magic of the egg hunt. I don't remember when I lost "the faith" but I'm glad 8 year old Dahlia is still into it. 'Cause it pleases her Mom to no end.

(Have I mentioned before how I'm reliving my childhood? Or is it "living" it?

Hmmmm.......)

And little Milana is all over this Easter egg hunt "thing". She definitely rises to the challenge of a good competition with sissy. And throw in the bonus of chocolate.....well........ done deal!

Of course, Dahia is the expert at moving quick as a fox, probably having sleuthed out her dashing route in her dreams the night before. She by far got the larger share of the loot and no doubt will dip into Milanas when she's not looking too.

The girl "llouuuuurvvves" her chocolate!!!

Be back on Wednesday with some pretty little dresses on my two cuties.

Enjoy all the Communal Global entries this week!

They are both so adorable with their bunny ears! Looks like they found all the eggs. I'm sure they had no problems finding chocolate. =)

I love a good Easter Egg hunt and I'm glad Dahlia got to enjoy hers for another year :) You never know with kids...one day they're into it, the next day they are not! Hope it'll be a long time before that happens!

Wow did you girls have a blast! I'm glad my big girl is still believing. She had her doubts this year...lots of questions. Seeing the movie "Hop" didn't help. I'm going hang on to the innocence for as long as I can.

How adorable Wanda, they look like they had lot's of fun...and I know how our Dahlia loves her chocolate... and it looks like the Easter Bunny really delivered. I think Angel is dreaming of marrying the Easter Bunny!!! We have so much "chocolata" at our house...enough to satisfy hundreds of women with PMS!!!

Seeing these pictures reminds me of being right there in that living room with all littles and our hunky men....and, of course...you and me! I can imagine how they sprinted down those step and were off to find the hidden eggs that the Mama Bunny strategically placed in plain sight, I'm sure!

The memories you make for these two little ladies will last a lifetime....and become the blueprint to the memories your girls will make with your grandchildren.

You're an awesome mom...and an amazing friend.

Happy Easter!

Hi, I'm Wanda. I am a happy woman, wife to Danny for...oh....lots a years and finally Mom to THE most adorable little girl from Hunan, China - Dahlia. And now we have been blessed again with another daughter, Milana, from Zhejiang, China. (The 2 best things I've ever done!) We live in the Montreal area. After a loooonnngg wait for Dahlia's little sister Milana (pronounced - Mee-lana, like banana), we finally brought her home in August 2009. Dahlia came to us in Nov 2004 (at 20 months of age)and a year later we began the application for another baby - at the time the waiting period was around 8 months. Almost 4 years later (say what!?!)we, at last, brought Milana home. This began as the story of our journey to bring Milana home and life with her big sister, Dahlia. It now continues as we live as a family of four!
God. My (growing) family. Hangin' out with my girlies. My wonderful friends (you know who you are!). To laugh (out loud and a lot!). Music. Painting. Hugs. Long chats with my buds. My garden. To read (ha...when I can!). Sunshine. Spring, Spring and more Spring. Building things. Cooking. Decorating. Parties (ahem). The internet. Life. Movies. A.I. Dancing with the stars. So you think you can dance. Travel. Umm..did I say laughing my head off. Oh Gee...everything actually!!
