Sometimes "simple" can be.......

....simply fabulous!

Christmas Eve&Day 001
We headed out on Christmas Eve and then hunkered down for some good ol family time.

We had one of our quietest, less stressed Christmases ever and I think I could get used to it.

Christmas Eve&Day 034

It was so laid back and lazy that I don't even feel like editing a whack of pictures right now. I just converted a few to black and white and may add a few in color tomorrow.

Or not.

Depends on how the day goes.

Christmas Eve&Day 078

Oh, yes....I could get used to this.

=)
Oh, I probably will throw in a few more quick shots but meanwhile, I hope everyone had a great Christmas......simple or not!

I have to agree...simple can really be something VERY SPECIAL! I wish I joined you there on the couch snuggling with the troops and chillin'. I will be joining you in editing the oodles of pictures I have yet to go through (for like the past 6 months, though!) on the other side of 2010.....

Or Not. Dang, Girl....I like your new attitude...and its rubbing off on me!

Can't wait to catch up on our Girl Tawk....SOON.

Kiss those gorgeous Girlies for me, would ya!

Happy (ALMOST) 2011

Simple is great! We also had one of the quietest Christmas' too. One big family event Christmas afternoon, so we have a very lazy Christmas morning, time to enjoy AA and her Santa gifts!

Happy New Year 2011!

Simple must be the keyword this Christmas. Ours was simple and quiet, too. Well, as quiet as could be with two little rascals about. We went for dim sum after opening presents and then came back home to vege and chill the rest of the day. Had pizza and sushi for dinner --at home. Something I could definitely get used to. :)

Hi, I'm Wanda. I am a happy woman, wife to Danny for...oh....lots a years and finally Mom to THE most adorable little girl from Hunan, China - Dahlia. And now we have been blessed again with another daughter, Milana, from Zhejiang, China. (The 2 best things I've ever done!) We live in the Montreal area. After a loooonnngg wait for Dahlia's little sister Milana (pronounced - Mee-lana, like banana), we finally brought her home in August 2009. Dahlia came to us in Nov 2004 (at 20 months of age)and a year later we began the application for another baby - at the time the waiting period was around 8 months. Almost 4 years later (say what!?!)we, at last, brought Milana home. This began as the story of our journey to bring Milana home and life with her big sister, Dahlia. It now continues as we live as a family of four!
God. My (growing) family. Hangin' out with my girlies. My wonderful friends (you know who you are!). To laugh (out loud and a lot!). Music. Painting. Hugs. Long chats with my buds. My garden. To read (ha...when I can!). Sunshine. Spring, Spring and more Spring. Building things. Cooking. Decorating. Parties (ahem). The internet. Life. Movies. A.I. Dancing with the stars. So you think you can dance. Travel. Umm..did I say laughing my head off. Oh Gee...everything actually!!
