Am I the only one who has barely gotten past Halloween and....it's Christmas in 12 days?
Huh?
Okay, enough of that....suck it up and get on with it.
So without further ado - I give you more Holiday preps as we get closer to the big day!
It most certainly will be a white Christmas this year.

This week-end we'll be busy in the kitchen. I have a very enthusiastic helper who can't wait to get her hands in batter and flour and.......oh the fun we'll have!

Hi, I'm Wanda. I am a happy woman, wife to Danny for...oh....lots a years and finally Mom to THE most adorable little girl from Hunan, China - Dahlia. And now we have been blessed again with another daughter, Milana, from Zhejiang, China. (The 2 best things I've ever done!)
We live in the Montreal area. After a loooonnngg wait for Dahlia's little sister Milana (pronounced - Mee-lana, like banana), we finally brought her home in August 2009. Dahlia came to us in Nov 2004 (at 20 months of age)and a year later we began the application for another baby - at the time the waiting period was around 8 months. Almost 4 years later (say what!?!)we, at last, brought Milana home.
This began as the story of our journey to bring Milana home and life with her big sister, Dahlia. It now continues as we live as a family of four!

your front door looks beautiful. we'll be cooking this weekend, too. I'm not much of a baker, but am looking forward to some time in the kitchen with the girls :)
Wanda your decorations are gorgeous! It is such a beautiful time of year. We had just a little sprinkle of snow last night and are thrilled. We love this time of year. Yes, I feel like I just got through Halloween and Thanksgiving. Time really does have a way of flying. Have a great week my friend!

Oh Wanda, your tree, mantel and front door are simply gorgeous! We have the same little fancy lit trees on either side of our front door too, except your might be the luxe version and mine are absolutely shabby chic!

Wanda, I am right there with you. It is crazy that this month is flying so quickly. How does that happen? : ) Your tree looks spectacular. I think you feel every room in your house up with love. I love that about you!
