HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Hi, I'm Wanda. I am a happy woman, wife to Danny for...oh....lots a years and finally Mom to THE most adorable little girl from Hunan, China - Dahlia. And now we have been blessed again with another daughter, Milana, from Zhejiang, China. (The 2 best things I've ever done!)
We live in the Montreal area. After a loooonnngg wait for Dahlia's little sister Milana (pronounced - Mee-lana, like banana), we finally brought her home in August 2009. Dahlia came to us in Nov 2004 (at 20 months of age)and a year later we began the application for another baby - at the time the waiting period was around 8 months. Almost 4 years later (say what!?!)we, at last, brought Milana home.
This began as the story of our journey to bring Milana home and life with her big sister, Dahlia. It now continues as we live as a family of four!

Aw, those are some gorgeous belles of the ball. What fun they had! (And I know what you mean about lovin' your girlies. I don't think anything else in the entire world makes me smile as big as my girlies.)
What beautiful daughters you have! They look so cute in their frilly dresses. It looks like they have bonded wonderfully.
Wanda, they are BEAUTIFUL!! And I so loved to see how much both of them were enjoying themselves at the party. Best of all? Dahlia's so good with Milana. That was so sweet to see, :)

Oh my friend....my heart was aching a bit today for children far away...and this was JUST the balm I needed ~ that and hugging my 2 treasures even a bit tighter!
Seeing their obvious joy and love for one another is breathtaking to behold! And those sweet dresses from afar?? Oh, swoon worthy for certain! :)
What a grand event and though no reason is ever needed to celebrate the love of a child, welcoming one through Baptism has to be one of the most blessed!

Is anything cuter than a little girl in a pretty pink twirly dress? YES! Two of them - and dancing, oh my! and those flowers in their hair. . . . These photos are just precious!
